Colon Crunch 2

These Colon Crunch movements exercise my intestines & colon to get things moving.  They also serve to massage my troubled back & spine.

I have to start with this.  Now that I’ve seen this video, and my friend, Aubrey’s dog, Poppy, do the same thing, I’m now thinking these movements are Universal!

My video (to follow) emphasizes the colon, intestines, back. Strong core orientation. I believe these movements help digestion, bowel movements, toxic expulsion, plus massages & strenghtens back.

I’m a dancer. This is how I deal with my pain & toxin removal—all at once!  For me, it’s another avenue to the soul & healing.  Movement is so important.  Why not infuse it with wonderful music?

It may not be readily apparent, but there is a part where I am moving on my fists (like tennis balls, but handier 😎 ) to massage deep my periformis region, which tends to get tight.

Three Significant Worms 6-30-14

This morning was eventful.  Three significant worms.  Note the common characteristics.  Yesterday I got some weird droppings on the first flush of E. salt. I followed with a coffee 20 minute hold & flush. Nothing much –dark liquid. Around 8pm I did a 20 minute hold with garlic, followed w/ fresh lemon + lemongrass drops for another 20 minute hold.  Basically colored water.

Noteworthy, this is 2 days after New Moon, an active period for parasites.  I fed them oatmeal laced with DE, wormwood, & ground papaya seeds for breakfast.  Keifer & probiotics before bedtime.  Also put DE or wormwood in soup sometimes.  Also put ground papaya seeds in empty probiotic capsules (used for final hold replenishment).  Took a couple of the papaya caps with the bedtime Keifer.

But, this morning, three significant worms: (You can click on any picture to enlarge it.)

My Enema–The Musical (Moon Night)

Basic enema instructions suggest massaging belly in a counter-clockwise direction to get the fluid further into the colon and perhaps dislodge debris & parasites from the walls of the colon.  It is also suggested to elevate the hips somewhat to again get the fluid up into the colon.

What I think I’m doing with these movements is dislodging & moving fluid.  But also, lifting my vibrational level through music.  It turns into an exercise for core muscles, and a back massage. I often stretch & support my neck.  As my aged spine is collapsing, I view this as stimulating blood flow, in general, as well as  encouraging fluid to flow into my spinal disks & hopefully elongating my spine. We lose 2-3 inches of height during a lifetime due to spinal collapse.  Building muscle in the core helps support a compromised spine.

I also believe these varied movements move the small intestine (15-33 feet long) to further dislodge plaque, parasites, worms. il_340x270.395383884_ivva

Enema Inverted

My goal in this series of videos is to introduce more people to the wonders of the healing enema.

shoulder stand Rose 2

No expensive drugs, antibiotics, surgery–just the ancient art of healing through purging of bodily toxins using enemas. All the fake food, pesticides, GMO’s, sugars we are eating are slowly poisoning us.

Garbage in, worms should come out.

(There is a direct connection between your gut and your brain. Are parasites influencing you actions, health, thoughts?)

The normal first reaction is a bad face or covering the eyes and denying that one could have such things in oneself.

Ignorance will not lead to bliss in this instance.

My Enema–The Musical, in Living Room

My formal diagnosis is Fibromyalgia, herniated disks, spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis.  My intuitive diagnosis is Lyme.  I need to move to not hurt.  But then, when I move, it still hurts, but it is more like a massage.  I believe I am disrupting the comfortable abodes of my pet spirochetes & parasites.  Every health practitioner  I’ve read recommends movement.  I was built to respond to music.  Philip Wesley 2

Enemas have opened up another world to me.  The world of worms.  I fish for worms daily.  I had no idea I had these residents inside me until I started regular coffee enemas.  I am not a coffee drinker, but it seems to agree with me when taken this alternative way.

I only have a name for the big ones right now.  Ropeworms.  People are claiming these are the result of our “fake food” diet.  Their appearance seems to have coincided with the processed, pesticide ridden food supply of the past several years. It makes sense that if we don’t have the proper nutrients to support our systems & continue to consume poisons, that we are asking for problems like this.  So many illnesses today are related to a compromised immune system.

One of my pets:  skinny parasite

The following video, one of many, shows movements that can be done to dislodge worms and clean out the colon.

Best Bath for Pain & Health

How important is Magnesium?      Important.

I'm Marvella. Back Pain Survivor.

I’m Marvella.
Back Pain Survivor.

Mg helps the body regulate over 325 enzymes and is involved in many bodily functions, like muscle control, electrical impulses, energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins.

According to the National Academy of Sciences, American’s magnesium deficiency helps to account for high rates of heart disease stroke, osteoporosis, arthritis and joint pain, digestive maladies, stress-related illnesses, chronic fatigue and a number of other ailments.

A list of the benefits of Mg according to the Epsom Salt Industry Council include:

  • Improved heart and circulatory health, reducing irregular heartbeats, preventing hardening of the arteries, reducing blood clots and lowering blood pressure.
  • Improved ability for the body to use insulin, reducing the incidence or severity of diabetes.
  • Flushed toxins and heavy metals from the cells, easing muscle pain and helping the body to eliminate harmful substances.
  • Improved nerve function by electrolyte regulation. Also, calcium is the main conductor for electrical current in the body, and magnesium is necessary to maintain proper calcium levels in the blood.
  • Relieved stress. Excess adrenaline and stress are believed to drain magnesium, a natural stress reliever, from the body. Magnesium is necessary for the body to bind adequate amounts of serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of well being and relaxation.
  • Reduced inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps.
  • Improved oxygen use.
  • Improved absorption of nutrients.
  • Improved formation of joint proteins, brain tissue and mucin proteins.
  • Prevention or easing of migraine headaches.

Studies show that magnesium is not easily absorbed through the digestive tract. The presence of specific foods or drugs, certain medical conditions, and the chemistry of a person’s stomach acid can render magnesium supplements ineffective.

Epsom salt, ie. hydrated magnesium sulfate, is rich in both magnesium and sulfate.

Sulfates are important in the formation of brain tissue, joint proteins and the proteins that line the walls of the digestive tract. They stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and are thought to help detoxify the body of medicines and environmental contaminants.

Both magnesium & sulfate are more easily absorbed through the skin than the stomach.

The good news is it’s cheap & found at most drug stores. And it’s relaxing.

As little as two cups of Epsom salt and a12 minute soak three times per week can make a difference in your health.

However, as a serious member of the Lyme “Society”, I’ve received many tips on maximizing an epsom salt bath.

The formula I have been using is as follows:

First,

The quality of your bathing water is essential. You take in more water in the bath/shower than you do in drinking /cooking. And you are going to be soaking in it for 20 minutes.

If you are on municipal water, wise to get a filtered shower head, like aquasana.

Municipal water is full of chlorine, flourine, discarded medications, etc. You need to minimize your exposure to these added toxins.

Next, the ritual:

Put 2-4 cups of epsom salts

1 cup hydrogen peroxide (“the worlds safest all natural effective sanitizer)

a generous sprinkling of baking soda (helps hold toxins in the water rather than being reabsorbed)

into warm (not hot, hot) clean water.

Before getting into tub, dry brush skin with natural bristle brush or loofa.  Dry brushing helps our lymphatic drainage system remove toxins from our bodies.  Brush towards the heart from neck to toe.

Soak for 20 minutes. Meditate, read, listen to music, relax.

Before draining tub, extract a quart (4 cups) mason jar of soaking water.

Next, shower thus:

30 second rinse of cold water (AHHH!), the 1.5 min of warm (ahhh…), 30 seconds cold (AHHH!). (Helps drain lymph)

Towel dry and dry brush again.

You will feel good.

Next, take that 4 cups of warm bath water in the mason jar and coarse chop ¼ cup fresh ginger with skins on and put in this jar. Let soak covered for 24 hrs. in refrigerator.

The next night draw a warm bath, and strain out the ginger and pour ginger infused water into bath. Dry brush and then Soak for 20-30 mins.

Ginger can be stored in the fridge and re used for about 3-4 baths.

Alternating epsom salt bath with ginger bath every other night is a great way to relax, detox, ease pain, and improve your health, in general.

Other “soakers” put about four tablespoons of mustard & cayenne pepper in a sock and float that in the bath as well. Some others add herbals like Lavendar to the bath.

I’ve decided I have Lyme Disease

Few doctors know much about it or don’t recognize it.

I'm Marvella. Back Pain Survivor.

I’m Marvella.
Back Pain Survivor.

It can mimic every disease process including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and other  autoimmune conditions including MS, psychiatric conditions including depression and anxiety, and cause significant memory and concentration problems mimicking early dementia. It is called the “Great Imitator” and is notorious for inaccurate test results.

The insurance companies deny or limit coverage  because it could cost them money and require a lifetime of care.

The drug companies don’t have any costly drug “cures” from which to profit.

We have the best government money can buy.

Therefore, it goes misdiagnosed, ill-treated or ignored.  And this knowledge has been and is being suppressed.

But those who have it know it’s real. And those who have it are left to work it out for themselves.

And it could be crawling around in a body near you.

This is the unspoken epidemic of today and tomorrow.

You may have it and not know it. It can come & go for years, eventually causing arthritis, heart problems, dibilitating pain, paralysis and more.

Contrary to popular propoganda, you don’t need a “bull’s eye” rash to have it. Between 40% & 60% of those inflicted never had a rash. You also don’t need to be bitten by a tick. It could be a mosquitoe, a pet, a spouse, bird, rodent, or child birth that initiates it. It can be caught in the city or the country. It’s everywhere, folks. More prevalent in the northeast, but spreading.

“Coming soon to a town near you!”

The symptoms are varied and mimic other diseases. Many who have been diagnosed as having MS, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer actually have Lyme’s. It attacks the immune system, leaving you more vulnerable to other diseases.

Some of the symptoms are: (You can have any combination of these.)

 unexplained fevers, sweats, chills

Breathlessness, “air hunger”, unexplained chronic cough

fatigue, tiredness, poor stamina

swollen glands

sore throat

testicular pain/pelvic pain

unexplained menstrual irregularity

unexplained milk production: breast pain

irritable bladder or bladder dysfunction

sexual dysfunction or loss of libido

upset stomach

change in bowel function—constipation, diarrhea

chest pain or rib soreness

shortness of breath, cough

heart palpitations, pulse skips, heart block

Light sensitivity

Sound sensitivity

Vision: double, blurry, floaters

Ear pain

any history of heart murmur or valve prolapse?

Joint pain or swelling

stiffness of the joints, neck, or back

Muscle pain or cramps

Unexplained back pain

twitching of the face or other muscles

headache

neck creeks and cracks, neck stiffness, neck pain

Lightheadedness, wooziness, unavoidable need to sit or lie

-Tingling, numbness, burning or stabbing sensations, shooting pains, skin -hypersensitivity

facial paralysis (Bell’s Palsy)

Eyes/Vision: double, blurry, increased floaters, light sensitivity

increased motion sickness, vertigo, poor balance

tremor

confusion, difficulty thinking

forgetfulness, poor short term memory (like forgetting why you entered another room)

Difficulty with concentration, reading, problem absorbing new information

Word search, name block

Forgetfulness, poor short term memory, poor attention

Speech errors- wrong word, misspeaking

Mood swings, irritability, depression

disorientation: getting lost, going to wrong places

difficulty with speech or writing

disturbed sleep—too much, too little, early awakening

exaggerated symptoms or worse hangover from alcohol

Napping during the day

Unexplained weight gain

Unexplained weight loss

Unexplained hair loss

You might say, well that could describe something/anything else, but add them up.  How many do you have?

The current standard test for Lyme Disease is called the Elisa Test. Known for it’s inaccuracy & false negatives. Testing for Lyme is still poor, with a false negative rate of about 40%. If you’ve had a previous negative test, there is still ~ 40% chance that you have Lyme.  And most doctors use this test, then declare their job is done, if it comes back negative.  If positive, they prescribe antibiotics; or call it a “false-positive.”  Antibiotics have helped some, especially if caught early. But, antibiotics have hurt others.  They kill everything–even the good guys. And have encouraged candida.

But, Lyme organisms can exist in three different forms (cyst, spirochete and L-form) so they are really very good at hiding from antibiotics.

There is a more reliable test called the Western Blot. And a well respected lab called IGeneX available, but few doctors are informed or educated enough to use these resources.

Many victims of this disease have taken the natural route by taking strong herbs to try to kill these critters who reside inside eating your inners. What is called Lyme disease usually includes more than one invader with big names like Bartonella, Rickettsia, Ehrlichia and Babesia. Borrelia burgdorferi is specific to the tick and Lyme, but is usually accompanied by friends, “fellow feeders.” Different herbs kill different bugs. Diet is also very important. They love sweets.

Eat sweet and make them happy.

These could be some of your very near neighbors.
