My Enema–The Musical (Moon Night)

Basic enema instructions suggest massaging belly in a counter-clockwise direction to get the fluid further into the colon and perhaps dislodge debris & parasites from the walls of the colon.  It is also suggested to elevate the hips somewhat to again get the fluid up into the colon.

What I think I’m doing with these movements is dislodging & moving fluid.  But also, lifting my vibrational level through music.  It turns into an exercise for core muscles, and a back massage. I often stretch & support my neck.  As my aged spine is collapsing, I view this as stimulating blood flow, in general, as well as  encouraging fluid to flow into my spinal disks & hopefully elongating my spine. We lose 2-3 inches of height during a lifetime due to spinal collapse.  Building muscle in the core helps support a compromised spine.

I also believe these varied movements move the small intestine (15-33 feet long) to further dislodge plaque, parasites, worms. il_340x270.395383884_ivva

My Enema–The Musical, in Living Room

My formal diagnosis is Fibromyalgia, herniated disks, spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis.  My intuitive diagnosis is Lyme.  I need to move to not hurt.  But then, when I move, it still hurts, but it is more like a massage.  I believe I am disrupting the comfortable abodes of my pet spirochetes & parasites.  Every health practitioner  I’ve read recommends movement.  I was built to respond to music.  Philip Wesley 2

Enemas have opened up another world to me.  The world of worms.  I fish for worms daily.  I had no idea I had these residents inside me until I started regular coffee enemas.  I am not a coffee drinker, but it seems to agree with me when taken this alternative way.

I only have a name for the big ones right now.  Ropeworms.  People are claiming these are the result of our “fake food” diet.  Their appearance seems to have coincided with the processed, pesticide ridden food supply of the past several years. It makes sense that if we don’t have the proper nutrients to support our systems & continue to consume poisons, that we are asking for problems like this.  So many illnesses today are related to a compromised immune system.

One of my pets:  skinny parasite

The following video, one of many, shows movements that can be done to dislodge worms and clean out the colon.

Your Colon–A Parasites Paradise

Here are some of the findings of my month long coffee enema routine.

I’m hoping this blog results in maybe some poo analysts enlightening me & others to what we’re looking at. It would be great to catalog these bad guys.

Although most people will react with an icky face, this procedure is very much like fishing in a dark lagoon with a covering of assorted undigested nuts & lettuce (or eggs & some leafy parasites?). Here we’re fishing for underwater monsters with plastic forks.

I’m going to number my pictures in chronological order in hopes that someone will contribute their insight with a name or explanation on any of these, either here on my blog or in our shared  forum.

What’s in your Colon?

The Wonders of Coffee Enemas!

Ewwhh!

Says one who hasn’t tried it. Or even one who has  😕

But it is worth it! It gives me a lift mentally & physically. I feel clean inside & out.

It has been around for ages. Tested, proven.

 Some Of the Benefits:

  • An astringent cleaning the surface layer of the mucous membrane of the colon and perhaps the liver, as well.
  • Mechanical cleansing removing toxic substances, and often nests of parasites, bacteria, yeast colonies, and other debris. Also stimulates the colon to become more active.
  • Can help stimulate, balance and clear many reflex points that run from the colon segments to every organ and tissue of the body.a problem in a particular part of the colon, such as the ascending colon, can cause a serious disorder elsewhere in the body through a type of reflex or resonance effect. Colon Connections
  •  Anti-oxidant effects particularly helpful for the liver, which is highly susceptible to oxidant damage.
  • Increases pH or alkalinity of the entire intestinal tract making it much less hospitable for parasites. It also helps destroy many other types of infections in the small and large intestines.
  • Palmitic acids in coffee act as potent enhancers of glutathione S-transferase. This enzyme in the liver is critical to the detoxification system, an important mechanism eliminating cancer causing chemicals.
  • Caffeine is a mild central nervous stimulant. It increases bile production for cleaning of toxins.
  • Stimulates the entire digestive tract
  • Coffee antidotes or neutralizes many harmful vibrations or frequencies of illness in the body.
  • Very little toxicity from repeated coffee retention enemas, while those who drink coffee regularly exhibit some toxicity from the beverage
  • Yang effect Most people’s bodies today are too yin (too sweet), in Chinese medical terms, especially those who are old or sick. Yin means cold, expanded and today it also means ill. Yang is tough, Yin weak.
  • Relaxes sympathetic nervous system
  • Improves hydration
  • Improves activity of the energy centers (chakras)
  • Reduces autointoxication By cleaning the colon of yeasts, parasites and other pathogenic organisms, and by increasing the bile flow.
  • Assists the lymphatic system
  • Reduces congestion of the internal organs (liver & others).
  • Reduces the density of the body by removing toxic metals and some toxic chemicals (helpful for healing.)
  • Eliminates yeast and other parasites from the colon
  • Improves the skin. If colon & liver not working, causes skin eruptions.
  • A form of quiet discipline and a concentration exercise

The above list is an encapsulated version of Dr. Lawrence Wilson’s list of coffee enema advantages.

http://www.drlwilson.com/Articles/COFFEE%20ENEMA.HTM

Or, a simpler list:

  1. Reduces levels of toxicity by up to 600%.
  2. Cleans and heals the colon, improving peristalis.
  3. Increases energy levels, improves mental clarity and mood.
  4. Helps with depression, bad moods, sluggishness.
  5. Helps eliminate parasites and candida.
  6. Improves digestion, bile flow, eases bloating.
  7. Detoxifies the liver and helps repair the liver.
  8. Can help heal chronic health conditions (along with following a mainly raw plant based diet).
  9. Helps ease “die-off” or detox reactions during periods of fasting or juice fasting, cleansing or healing.
  10. Used regularly in the Gerson Institute treatment protocol for healing cancer patients naturally

And seriously, this is a time to listen to soft music, meditate, be with yourself/Self here & now. Inhale, exhale, experience stillness.  Because you won’t be going anywhere for about 20 minutes.  😀

I Lost Lots of Weight

I'm Marvella. Back Pain Survivor.

I’m Marvella.
Back Pain Survivor.

I’m down to 118 lbs–that’s more than a 40 lb. loss!  I need to take the weight off my joints, plus in doing my DVD–I look better.  I’m trying to lose weight, but also seem to have lost a great  interest in eating.  I eat at the computer and sometimes forget I’m still in the middle of a meal.  Sometimes it seems like an overlong meal and a chore to continue eating.

I start with 1/4 cup each of frozen raspberries, pineapple, and blueberries with homemade yogurt from organic milk sweetened with stevia.  My second breakfast is about 3 hrs. later–an omelet combo of one real egg mixed with egg whites, Laughing cow cream cheese, and frozen grapes (I was freezing fresh cherries until they went out of season. Delicious!)

Lunch might be 1/4 cup nuts.  Some organic, some not.  I love the salt but need to watch it. When I do my own “salting” I use Himalayan Pink Salt.  It has extra nutritious minerals.  Maybe some fermented veggies for probiotic gut health.  I recently mixed up avacado, fermented garlic, & salsa for a dip for celery.

Dinner is homemade soup (veggie or butternut), salad (spring mix organic), one egg, black olives, carrots, celery, sprouts (easy to do–I do peas and sunflower seeds), dressing is straight balsamic vinegar, although I’m going to experiment with some other homemade dressing.  Maybe more nuts or veggies.  I’m not vegetarian, but close.

I also try to stop eating around 4 or 5pm.  I do avoid GMO  and processed foods.  He suggests intermittent fasting, stating that the body takes 8 hrs to digest a meal, after that it starts working on your fat content for food, so the longer between dinner and breakfast, the more fat you burn.

I count calories and record when, what, and time.  I find time helpful when I feel a hunger pang to look at what time I last ate and decide if I am really hungry or just pretend hungry.  I try to keep my calorie consumption between 1000 and 1200 per day.  I don’t eat after my last meal of the  day, which is about 4pm or so.  I do chew –a lot of gum–after that, which I know I must quit and find something better to keep my mouth and throat fresh.  I have tried putting peppermint tincture in water.  Better, but not quite as exciting as that initial gum chew.  Any suggestions here?  I try to drink lots of water.

I’m feeling good.
